happy..at last!

people have noticed the changes in me...

-the better disposition
-the calm demeanor
-the smile that doesn't seem to leave my face
-the sweetness in my tone of voice
-the glow
-the twinkle in my eyes

all these and more...plus i feel sexier now more than ever!--and it definitely has nothing to do with the extra pounds i lost..
i guess this is what happiness is all about..finally!
